CoJACK is proudly owned and operated by a fifth-generation farming family dedicated to cultivating, processing, and delivering premium-quality dry beans and pulses.
Founded in 2020 by Brian and Kim Engstrom, CoJACK began by packaging dry edible beans grown on the family farm. With deep roots in agriculture and a strong commitment to quality, we’ve built a company that prioritizes excellence at every step of the process.
Today, CoJACK offers a variety of packaging options for our pre-washed, triple-cleaned dry beans and pulses. Our facility is BRC audited, Kosher Certified, Gluten-Free Certified, and we ensure full traceability from farm to shelf.
